Research- Artist I am looking at

The first artist which I looked at was, an artist which i already new before but is not that popular.
I looked at Loick Essien who is a british RnB artist.

I also looked a more contemporary style of rap music, by an artist called Chance the rapper who was also an new artist in US. I also new this artist without any research.

This is one of his albums which I could use.         This is one of his mix tapes which he has released.


As I didn't know that many new upcoming artists which I found a site called pop crash.com
and I found a a rapper called chance the rapper.
This site gave me some of the anticipated acts for 2014. Click here to see the site.

This gave me more American artists like August Alsina, MKTO, and boy bands like the vamps , who already have a wide fan base.

the BBC site showed me its BBC Sound of 2014 longlist. the site showed us fifteen rising new artists which have been named on the longlist, that showcases some of the brightest new acts for the year.

This it gave me artist like Jungle, Royal Blood, again Chance The Rapper and Nick Mulvey. the site also gave me an artist which I would like to look at further Called Sampha. with a mellow soul voice that has already been heard on records by SBTRKT and Drake, Londoner Sampha is launching his solo career.
